1. Subscription & Access

You are purchasing a recurring subscription that provides access to digital content and features based on your selected membership tier.

Depending on your tier, access may include:

• Pre-recorded courses
• Tools (including trackers)
• Community platform access
• Monthly live group coaching calls (available only to select tiers)

One-on-one consultations are NOT included in any subscription and are offered separately for an additional fee.

Not all features are included in every tier. You are responsible for reviewing what is included in your selected plan prior to purchase.

This subscription automatically renews on a recurring basis unless canceled. You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription before your next billing cycle.

Access is granted only during your active subscription period. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove content, features, or services at any time without notice.

2. No Refunds & Digital Product Acknowledgment

All sales are final.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content, and therefore forfeit any right to refunds, cancellations, reversals, or chargebacks.

No refunds, partial refunds, or retroactive cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute.

In the event of a chargeback attempt:

• Your access will be immediately revoked
• You remain responsible for the full amount owed
• We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds, including fees, legal costs, and collection expenses

4. Educational Purposes Only

All content, materials, and coaching are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.

5. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding results, income, business success, or outcomes of any kind.

You acknowledge that results are not typical and depend on your individual effort, execution, and external market conditions.

6. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and accept full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results.

7. Waiver of Liability & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

• You waive, release, and discharge any and all claims against Aide Atelier Academy
• The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• You agree not to bring any lawsuit or claim arising from your participation

If liability is found, it is strictly limited to the total amount you paid.

8. Coaching Disclaimer

All coaching (group or otherwise) is for guidance only and does not create any professional, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, frameworks, and branding are the exclusive property of Aide Atelier Academy.

You may NOT:

• Copy, record, reproduce, or distribute content
• Share login credentials or grant access to others
• Resell, repurpose, or reuse materials

Violation will result in immediate termination without refund and may result in legal action.

10. Community Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any member without refund for:

• Harassment, abusive behavior, or intimidation
• Disruptive or inappropriate conduct
• Violation of these Terms

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations, misuse, or at our sole discretion.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Platform & Service Availability

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by:

• Platform outages
• Technical issues
• Third-party services

No refunds or credits will be issued for service interruptions.

13. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

For existing subscribers:

• Any price changes will be communicated in advance
• Continued use of the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing

If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle.

14. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of California.

• You waive the right to a jury trial
• Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only

15. Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

17. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

18. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms
• You understand you are waiving certain legal rights
• You agree to binding arbitration and class action waiver
