By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing Aide Atelier Academy (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms:

1. Subscription & Access

You are purchasing a recurring subscription that provides access to digital content, including pre-recorded courses, monthly live group coaching calls, one-on-one consultations, tools (including trackers), and a community platform.

Access is granted only during your active subscription period. We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. You agree that no refunds, chargebacks, or retroactive cancellations will be issued for any reason.

3. Educational Purposes Only

All content and coaching are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

4. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding results, income, or outcomes of any kind.

Results are not typical and depend on individual effort and external factors.

5. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and accept full responsibility for your decisions and results.

6. Waiver of Liability & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

  • You waive, release, and discharge any and all claims against Aide Atelier Academy
  • You agree the Company cannot be held liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential)
  • You agree not to bring any lawsuit or claim arising from your participation

If any claim is allowed by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

7. Coaching & Consultations Disclaimer

All coaching (group and one-on-one) is for guidance only and does not create any professional, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.

8. Intellectual Property (No Copying or Sharing)

All materials are the exclusive property of Aide Atelier Academy.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, record, or distribute content
  • Share login access
  • Resell or reuse materials

Violations may result in termination without refund and legal action.

9. Community Guidelines

We may remove you (without refund) for:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Disruptive conduct
  • Violating these Terms

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or misuse.

11. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the program shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, not in court.

  • Arbitration will be conducted in California
  • You waive the right to a jury trial
  • Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only

12. Class Action Waiver

You agree that you may bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

14. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and agreed to these Terms
  • You understand you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue in court
  • You agree to binding arbitration and the class action waiver
